Learn MoreiCare Plus was established in 2020 by Godfrey Chinomoma, Andrew Sithole and Muziwani Mtetwa with the objective to address existing resource issues in Southern Africa. The core aim of the organization is to change peoples' perceptions and expose them to opportunities that will eventually improve their standard of living.
With netball and soccer being some of the go-to sporting activities, there has been a clear need for sport kits to help boost the confidence of the players and motivate exceptional performance. Chikukwa and Ushe Primary schools received enough sport kits to outfit their entire teams.
With education being a pricey commodity, iCare Plus utilises every opportunity to fund as many educations as posssible. We believe that an enlightened perspective leads to better outcomes for the individual, their family, and their community. We have fully funded 4 students from primary through college to date.
20 Kindles with 1000 books and 2 Solar power chargers for the Kindles were donated to Ushe and Chikukwa Primary schools. Each school received 10 kindles to start their own libraries. With the understanding knowledge is power, and as people read, their views and understanding develops, creating a yearning for knowledge we want to foster.
Living in a virtual world creates a need for students to move with the times. Computer proficiency is of paramount importance in tertiary institutions and workplaces, and we aim to impart that skill as early as posssible. iCare Plus has donated 20+ laptops to Ushe and Chikukwa Primary schools.
