Our Programs

Community Development

I Care Plus recognises that some people, some groups and some communities are excluded and oppressed by the way society and structures are organised. We feel that through community development these structures and policies will be challenged to ensure that inequalities are addressed. Our community development projects are fundamentally based on the values of human rights, social justice, and respect for diversity. Access to safe drinking water is a human right which most people in the Southern Africa are deprived of. In one of our projects, we drilled a borehole for people for Chinomona Village in Zimbabwe. The celebratory mood this act invoked is one that words cannot explain. The community was elated and honoured which made us realise that our impact is greater.

Skills Development

iCare Plus was established in 2020 by Godfrey Chinomoma, Andrew Sithole and Muziwani Mtetwa with the sole objective to address the perceived problems in Southern Africa and eventually the world. They believe Southern Africa is not equipped with sufficient resources which ensue in poor service delivery. The core aim of the organization is to change people’s perceptions and expose them to opportunities that will eventually improve their standard of leaving.
Those who have managed to get degreed are disappointed by the current economic conditions that do not provide a breeding process for highly skilled human capital. More enticing opportunities exist abroad rather than in Southern Africa, implying that there are greener pastures outside Africa. Hence, Southern Africa suffers from brain drain as economic participants produced by the malfunctioning education system are not adequate to produce optimal results at the desired growth rate. Education and Sports

Affording individuals access to higher learning institutions and exposure to better opportunities is at the heart of the organisation. The company has by far initiated a funding scheme for students in higher education and training institutions to enable them to further their studies, obtain self development skills and eventually create a better society.
Over the years sports and entertainment have been accepted as means making a living in the African society, these activities require exposure. I Care seeks to assists individuals from African communities by getting agents to manage and train them in their sporting careers.
